Jack Maintenance Points:
Cleaning: Clean oil and dust immediately after use to prevent impurities from entering the interior.
Lubrication: Lubricate thoroughly every six months or after 100 hours of use to reduce wear on parts.
Inspection: Regularly inspect seals, cylinders, and pressure valves, and replace damaged parts promptly.
Oil Change: Change hydraulic oil every six months or after 1000 hours, avoiding the use of inferior oil.
Jack maintenance should focus on cleaning, lubrication, and regular inspection. Thoroughly clean exposed parts after each use to prevent impurities from remaining. Change the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic system every six months. Inspect pipe joints and seals monthly, and replace immediately if leaks are found. For long-term storage, the piston rod should be fully retracted, and anti-rust grease should be applied to metal surfaces. Our shop's thin jacks are made of special steel and have a spring return function; special attention should be paid to cleaning the center channel during maintenance. It is recommended to establish an equipment file to record the maintenance details.
