Product Introduction
The single-leaf spring is forged from high-quality 60Si2Mn spring steel into a single, integrated unit. It features a variable cross-section design-thicker in the middle and gradually tapering toward the ends-consisting of just one steel plate rather than a stack of multiple leaves. This design reduces weight, eliminates friction loss between leaves, ensures stable shock absorption, and minimizes unwanted noise.
Strengthened through heat treatment, the spring offers excellent toughness and fatigue resistance, making it highly durable against breakage. It is designed for easy installation and is primarily suited for light-duty trailers, RV trailers, and small cargo trailers. Length, arch height, and eyelet dimensions can be customized to meet specific requirements; OEM services are available to accommodate a wide range of light trailer applications.
Product Types
1. Roller-type single leaf spring: With rollers at both ends, it is convenient for hinged installation with pins. It is most commonly used in light trailers and RV trailers.
2. Straight single leaf spring without coil: Both ends are straight and fixed with clamps. It has a simple structure and is mostly used in small and simple trailers.
3. Single leaf spring with a positioning boss in the middle: The positioning boss in the middle prevents the assembly from shifting and improves driving stability.
4. Parabolic variable cross-section single leaf spring: standard mainstream model, thicker in the middle and thinner at both ends, reducing weight while ensuring load-bearing capacity and shock absorption.
